Abstract : In this research will study the possibility of converting waste polyethylene Trevthalat (PET) to terephthalic acid through different techniques for these transformations. Will be making these chemical transformations by esterification reciprocity with some alcohols as well as through hydrolysis in basic medium using catalysts and catalysts between the mobile phase. Will be collecting samples of mineral water bottles, cleaned and milled to suit the experiments planned for it. Will also be separated products of various chemical transformations, characterization, and set the transition rates to determine the optimal conditions to perform these operations.
