Abstract : This research aims to know the role of production manager and marketing director in the process of industrial development of the organization's strategy (MS). Using a sample consisting of two tranches: 76 Production Manager 0.69 marketing manager of industrial sectors are food, chemicals and plastic products, researcher found that the production managers still do not participate substantially similar post marketing managers in the process of industrial development of the organization's strategy. Thus, for the satisfaction of this role ranged from "completely satisfied" to "average satisfaction." Using the method of statistical non-laboratory (MW) proved the existence of statistically significant differences in the stages of strategy development among the managers of industrial production and marketing.
