Abstract : The objective of this research is to: Stand the nature and quality of services offered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah. Study the trends of employees of the room about the various services offered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah. Study the degree of satisfaction of employees of the room about the services provided by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah. Identify problems and address the shortcomings associated with the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce. Provide a set of recommendations that will contribute to improve the services of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah and to overcome the problems they face and achieve more satisfaction of its members. Have resulted in the field study for the invalidity of the first hypothesis for a difference in the degree of satisfaction of employees of room for services rendered to them, depending on the different quality of the activities they do (Commercial / Industrial / services), excluding the city of warehouses, the development of the industrial city, a service providing help and assistance to small businesses. Also confirmed to them, depending on the different degree of membership in the Chamber of Commerce (excellent / first / second / third / fourth) with respect to Bredaúhm for services provided to them from the room.
