Abstract	:	This study aims to provide the experimental framework to clarify the relationship between the proposed non-financial performance measures of labor between the normal and combination of technological, administrative, regulatory and environmental. This study provides a statistical summary of the responses of survey research by managers of 144 industrial companies in Saudi Arabia from June to July 2005. These summary statistics cover the level of quality and importance of some non-financial performance measures for employment of the regular British industrial companies. The cover also the level of the various innovative management practices, and advanced industrial technology and contemporary management accounting practices, and the degree of overlap of regular employment, training and skills and the reluctance of marketing competition. Have developed three questions about the use and importance of performance measures non-financial employment in the Saudi industrial companies: First: Is the use of performance measures non-financial employment regular and number nineteen measure for groups evaluative five, namely, (product quality to satisfy the customer delivery time employee morale efficiency and benefit) associated with the compression of internal and external emergency, Second: Choose the link between the existence and importance of non-financial performance measures for regular employment. Variables and levels of certain emergency, III: what if the causal relationship between groups of evaluating the performance of regular employment (non-skilled) can be checked or not.
