Abstract : Focused on this study the impact of exposure laboratory mice white for long periods of light and darkness, offering groups of mice for 6 weeks in a period of darkness or continuous light, while offered up kits to the periods of several hours of light and darkness (16 Z: 20:00) (8 Z: 16 AA). And then isolated the active transport enzymes studied members of the liver and kidney tissue to determine tissue changes and enzymatic changes as a result of periods of light and darkness.
