Abstract : I have been through the current study to achieve the objectives of the proposed research plan to study the impact of systems of preventive vitamin C (as one of the drugs poisoning) in reducing the harmful impact in the case of exposure to insecticide Pugh Puff (containing a substance permethrin) through the study of changes in aspects of behavioral and functions of the kidney and liver and heart tissue changes and updated for this. And then were injected with five groups each group of ten mice ages 12 weeks in the peritoneal cavity (ip) of which the first was injected puff Puff only, and the second group were injected Balbv Puff is associated with vitamin C, while the injected third group Balbv Puff then replace the vitamin C, the Group D Vtm injected vitamin C and only represented the group as a fifth officer. Results indicated the animals were subjected to a test tube is narrow that there was no significant difference in the rate of dog bites and the time period of latency. Males also showed a difference morally and alone in a dose of vitamin C in the time period of latency. And motor activity results indicated that there were no significant differences when comparing the group injected with the control group in all behaviors recorded, except the dose of vitamin C with Puff puff showed an increase in the latency time period and then decrease in duration of walking and walking speed.
