Abstract : The most important enzymes responsible for the biotransformation of drugs and foreign compounds are enzymes Monoaxeginaziz Almicrosmah, in addition to that there is a group of enzymes called molybdenum Hedroksilaziz (Oksidiz aldehyde oxidase and xanthine) play an integral role for the enzymes Almnwachseginaziz Almicrosmah of drugs as well. Interested in this project Hedroksilaziz molybdenum enzymes. Enzymes molybdenum Hedroksilaziz found to regulate a number of factors, including Induction and nutrition as well as the effects Alhomrmonah, little information available about the induction or inhibition of enzymes aldehyde Xadez and xanthine Oksidizfa conditions, so it was completed this study to see whether the enzyme molybdenum Hedroksilaziz will be affected in cases of abnormal, such as diabetes. Was introduced the incidence of diabetes in hamsters using the drug Alastruptozotosen. Enzymes were prepared from the aldehyde Xadez different tissues (liver, kidney and intestine) of the two groups of hamsters and the control treatment. Enzyme activity was measured using the molybdenum interaction of different materials, using a spectrum. Found that treatment with Astervtozotosen led to an increase in the concentration of glucose in the blood, also led to a decrease in activity of hepatic aldehyde oxidase, and an increase in renal activity of aldehyde oxidase, and do not affect this Almaamlhaly these enzymes in the intestine
