Abstract : We have been in this study to know the impact Alotfora Insecticide Alklorcyran is a pesticide used for agricultural purposes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in a living eukaryotic and that live in soil and air, a fungus Osprgeles gear (Aspergillus terreus), using four concentrations of the pesticide, namely: 5, 10, 20, 30 ml / liter. And for periods of time is 15.30, 45, 60 minutes, as the concentrations recommended for use in the field are: 10-20 ml / liter. It was found from the results of this study that the effect of the pesticide, toxic cellular (Cytotoxic effect) Alkonidah germs of the fungus, which shows through the percentage of survival after treatment with this pesticide various different concentrations. Where the percentage of survival drops increase concentration of the pesticide, as well as increase the exposure for each concentration. Also found that the toxic effect of the pesticide and genetically (Genotoxic effect) on the bacteria and fungus that appears through the percentage of mutations caused by the treatment with this pesticide was found that the percentage of mutations increases with the pesticide concentration and exposure time for each concentration. It was possible to obtain a large number of mutations, which are classified into two types of mutations: 1 - genetic mutations, which have been identified their need food flour. 2 - Kromozumih mutations could not full growth on the environment. From these results it is clear that the pesticide is considered unsafe Alklorcyran use is not recommended for use, in order to preserve the balance of environmental and public safety.
