Abstract : In this research, the construction method of calculation accurate and flexible to set the orbits of satellites, as well as projectiles moving in the area of land Altgazba with axial symmetry, using the Euler parametric variables. Way designed so that: 1 - take into account any number of transactions used in the zonal harmonic representation of the serial zoster Altgazba the field of the Earth. 2 - be economic (for the operating time on the computer) and iterative in nature and stable (for computational errors). 3 - gives the maximum precision to predict the coordinates and the elements of the satellite (or projectile) for any model of the Earth Alnzaqa effort and for any type of orbits (Ahaljugih, hyperbolic, equivalent. Applied the method to the twenty-seven cases of ballistic projectiles, as applied to five orbits of the satellites a long-term, and in all cases, the results showed the numerical accuracy in the appointment of the coordinates and the elements of the orbit. We mentioned briefly and with some reservation how to apply the method in the military field, which we can set the speed of the projectile to hit a target of any particular accuracy is required (as a vital target). We also gave some studies to change graphic elements over the solar synchronous satellite during the 6146 session, which can be used in some scientific and practical applications of satellites.
