Abstract : In this research measuring the concentration of radioactive materials in the soil by spectrum analyzers gamma rays, which were analyzed and eighty-one sample of soil. Were also measured radiation exposure in a hundred sample of air to measure the concentration of radon collected in 50 homes in five major cities in that region. The use of sodium iodide detector to measure the nuclei of the newborn radon-making body for this purpose. Were measured concentration of radioactive materials by measuring the concentration of nuclei daughter of two isotopes key Radium - 226 and thorium-232, where the measured spectra of isotopes bismuth -214, lead - 214 when calculating the concentration of Radium-226 and the spectra of isotopes Aloktanbhum - 228 and Thallium -208 when calculating the concentration of radium-226. The radiation exposure was measured at a height of one meter above the ground. The average concentration of isotopes: Bismuth -214, lead - 214 Aloktanbhum - 228 and Thallium -208 and cesium-137 and K 40 as follows: 6.76 Beckerl / Kjeram, 7.3 Beckerl / Kjeram, 4.44 Beckerl / Kjeram, 2.08 Beckerl / Kjeram, 0.99 Beckerl / Kjeram and 161.8 Beckerl / Kjeram. And the rate of radiation was the definition: 114 Mkrorad / hour. The average radon concentration was: 2.3 Peacocuori / liter.
