Abstract : Produced annually hundreds of thousands of tons of dust furnace plants, cement production in the Kingdom which large quantities are not used or utilized in any of the photos now, causing a significant burden on the local industry in the disposal of these wastes and the burden of environmentally important addition to the loss of economic result of the lack of access of these wastes and the cost of raw materials, purification, processing, energy losses and the cost of assembly operations in addition to the cost of disposing of this dust. And consists of dust furnace cement raw materials purified and Maclsna partially but relatively rich alkalitherapy and therefore the most appropriate use for this waste is recycled to the furnace cement, but is the main obstacle to the adoption of this procedure in the industry in the specifications the standard product of cement, which requires low-alkali clinker output oven for Ikvi not exceed 0.6% of Na2O, which leads to the inability to take advantage of enough of this dust in the recycling and thus to the steady increase in production. Has been carried out this research to study the extraction potassium salts from the dust of furnace cement output in cement plants, by using the distilled water and solutions of calcium nitrate water, where it was in the first part of the research study extraction of potassium from the sample number (1) of the dust of the Arab Cement Company, while the Part II to study the extraction of potassium from 4 dust samples from the other national companies are different. It has been in the first part of the research study of the effect of changing both the concentration of nitrate solution of calcium from 4 to 20% by weight, and change the ratio by mass media to drive from 3 to 10, and the temperature from 30 to 90 degrees Celsius and the treatment time from 5 to 60 minutes. Experience has shown that has a sample number (1) of the dust of the Arab Cement Company that the rate of extraction of potassium from the dust of cement increases with both the concentration of calcium nitrate in solution, temperature, treatment time and the proportion of liquid to solid. Experiments also showed rapid fading of the impact of both the temperature after reaching 70 degrees Celsius and the ratio of the weighted means of access to the drive after the ratio 1: 5 on the degree of extraction of potassium from the dust. It was in the second part of the research study to draw potassium from different samples of the dust of cement caused by some national industries where the other has been studying the effect of changing both the concentration of calcium nitrate in the solution of 4 to 20% by weight and the treatment time from 5 to 60 minutes to extract potassium from dust at a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius is equal to the percentage by weight of the liquid to solid equal to 5 to 1. The results of experiments that were conducted on samples of dust different that the circumstances appropriate to extract the potassium from these samples is to use an aqueous solution of calcium nitrate concentration and weight of 8% and the proportion by weight of the liquid L steel is equal to 5 to 1 when the temperature of a percentage equal to 70 degrees. Is the degree of access to the potassium balance in the extraction of these samples under these conditions in proximity after 30 minutes. The percentages of potassium that could be drawn samples of the dust of cement from local factories different under these conditions as follows: the possibility of extracting 91.6 sample (1), the Arab Company for Cement and 88.0% of the sample number (2) of the same company has also been drawn 93.7% of a sample of Yanbu Cement Company and 90.5% of the sample of Saudi Cement and 93.5% of the sample Yamama Cement Company. As explained in the results of experiments focused solutions resulting from the process of extracting potassium from cement dust samples under different processing conditions mentioned above to five original size of each of these solutions have access to solutions of compound fertilizer liquid N-P2O5-K2O as follows: 1.2-0-1.3 of the sample (1), the Arab Company for Cement and 1.2-0-0.2 from a sample number (2) for the same company and from a sample 1.2-0-1.6 Yanbu Cement Company and 1.2-0-1.2 of the sample of Saudi Cement and 1.2-0- 0.4-sample Yamama Cement Company. And all solutions of the appropriate background for the preparation of various formulations of liquid fertilizers vehicle.
