Abstract : The research aims to identify the factors affecting the formation tamed amount of money in the Saudi economy during the period from 1970-1989 AD, is no longer critical theory to consider the supply side of the equation of balance of the money markets as a given number or specific directions by the monetary authorities, but is the result of interactions for several quarters, Mrs. Mubarak individuals and institutions in banking, monetary and Alsalkat change the money supply by the decisions of these bodies. The research of several factors expected to have an impact on these decisions and therefore in determining the cash balance, which plays an important role in various economic fields. The test is justified by the factors of the proposed theoretical model and then test the validity tests by a standard method uses small squares in two phases. The results of standard tests that there was already a change in the relations between factors such as cash deposits and cash in circulation and total reserves of commercial banks, and that these relations are affected by several economic factors including economic stability and income and the degree of expansion of banking institutions. Therefore, it is a mistake to consider these relationships and the extraction constant multiple of bank credit on this basis.
