Abstract : In this research, we isolate the types of bio-fertilization Alsaanubaktrella purpose of agricultural land in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia - Determination of the ability of species isolated from Alsaanubaktrella to install nitrogen atmosphere. - Determination of respiration rate and biomass Saanubaktrella. - Comparison of biological activity of Saanubaktrella in the presence and the absence of other soil microbes. - The ability to extend Alsaanubaktrella wheat plant nitrogen. When testing the ability of these types of Alsaanubaktrella to fill the needs of the wheat plant of nitrogen, which is growing in the center of the nitrogen-free diet, the results showed that Nostoc sp.
