Abstract : The objective of this report is to study the effect of different levels of salinity on the germination of seeds of peanut, as well as the impact of these levels on some physiological processes in the plant peanuts. Have been used farm sand to study the effect of different levels of salinity on the content of papers peanuts, of pigments of photosynthesis (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, Alkorotnuedat), and growth, and also on the content of some mineral elements (sodium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium) in the peanut plant, after the age of two months. Concluded from previous results that the salinity levels used did not cause any significant effect on the germination of seeds, peanuts, and that the content of the leaf pigments of peanut photosynthesis over increasing levels of salinity. From the above we can say that the peanut plant, a plant oil that can survive the low and medium levels of salinity. So can recommend planting this plant in some environments with low salinity and relatively medium.
