Abstract : The theory of queues of areas of special importance in our modern life as evidenced by being involved in various areas of our daily lives. And to examine any descriptive system should we have the following information: 1 - the probability distribution of the arrival times of the units. 2 - the probability distribution of service times. 3 - Number of service channels. 4 - service system. 5 - capacity place to wait. In our study we take a class with a probability distribution for the arrival times of the units and the distribution of exponential service times to impose order Batnar limited, especially abstinence and non-homogeneity of the Qaúmin service. This research aims to estimate the parameters of the class and some measures of influence such as the potential-free system of units' average number of units in the system and others, using the largest possible function. We also estimate confidence intervals for the same previous standards. The researchers estimate the parameters for calculating grade non-truncated homogeneous counterpart to refrain using the new purposes of this grade was estimated landmarks in two cases: * Neglect of the possibility the number of units at the beginning of the service. * As the number of units at the beginning of the service. We obtained in both cases the explicit mathematical results in some cases' and the numerical results in other cases.
