Main results: 1. All patients with blood Ptafn found that the level of concentration Alcetokins higher than the reference group (other patients) (0.05). 2. In patients with proven pneumonia bacterial meningitis by the farm, the comparison between the average concentration of cytokine IL-6, IL-1 compared with the reference group showed significant differences (P> 0.05) while no clear differences in TNF or CRP> In patients who did not demonstrate bacterial infection by the farm did not prove the existence of significant differences (P> 0.05) in patients with meningitis (0.025) or sepsis (0.044). With the exception of TNF which showed a level of moral difference compared to the reference group.
