Abstract
:
Infection germs pylori pylori is common in children in the Kingdom as in other parts of the world and will demonstrate Aderash the prevalence of infection with germs H. pylori among the Saudi children living in Jeddah and will seek to identify Lzimairat (sup group) that have a greater willingness to infection so the infection. Will be the discovery of HIV-positive children asymptomatic (non-Almktesfan symptoms) between the ages of one year and four-year measure Filobin immune c (igG) in serum (sero) of these children using the protein-associated cells, high molecular weight (HM-CAP). Proved the results obtained in this study that the percentage of seropositive asymptomatic children in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia up to 23.2%, and also proved that the positive serological results in children appear in the first stages of life and increases with age. The factors related to level of social development of children found that the factors associated with the level of the social to the families of these children, such as degree of learning the parents of children and the degree of crowding the family home and the presence of a nanny for the children and the presence of pets at home, affecting a significant impact on the proportion of HIV-positive children. The results obtained from this study will give us an idea of the infection germs H. pylori in the code, different ages and younger age is the acquisition of infection Balkhmj and also know the factors that may affect the incidence of Balkhmj may be useful in determining the prevention of infection and determine the appropriate timing for the immunization of children When this immunization is available.
